Hello,
I’ve been rendering out multiple products in multiple materials using the Configurator tab inside Render on Keyshot 7.
Note: I’m not actually using Material Variations because I need a specific combination of materials that have each been selected using Studios.
The problem I’m having is about how Keyshot decides which product and material to render first, second etc. Let’s say I need to render “01LargeUnit” and “00SmallUnit” in “Red” and “Blue” - a total of 4 renders. Using the include: Model Variations and Studio Variations check boxes, I am able to get these 4 renders which is great. However .
The sequence of these renders is problematic for my file management afterwards. It will choose to render like this:
- 01LargeUnit Red
- 00SmallUnit Red
- 01LargeUnit Blue
- 00SmallUnit Blue
Obviously it does this using an additive suffix, e.g. Units.1 , Units.2. and so on.
I rename these files in bulk after rendering, so I need them in a specific and consistent order.
**Is it possible to tell Keyshot (from the configurator rather than manually queuing) to render each Model Set in all Studios, before moving onto the next Model Set in all studios **
More specifically too, I want to control which Studio is run first - because at the moment while the result is consistent (red then blue) it doesn’t seem to adhere to alphabetical order or any metric that I can see.
Thanks!
